I’m a South Asian (Punjabi) woman, a new immigrant, and a former engineer with over 14 years of experience in corporate settings. I understand what it feels like when your presence is questioned, your voice is overlooked, or you have to constantly prove your worth to belong. These experiences have deepened my awareness of how identity, culture, and systems of power intersect. This allows me to hold space with empathy, sensitivity, and respect for the unique complexities you carry. My therapy is rooted in cultural humility and a genuine respect for the strength and wisdom you already bring.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing begins when you feel safe to be your whole, authentic self without judgment or expectation.
